What is in the free trial?
Register your company, confirm your e-mail and you start right away with 14 days of every feature. No card needed, and if you do not subscribe after the trial your data stays and you can still view it.
Do I need to buy a server or install anything?
No. Darb runs online at app.darb-driver.com and you use it from any browser. Only drivers install the Android app.
Does tracking drain the driver’s battery?
The app sends the location every 10 seconds while moving and every minute while parked, so it stays reasonable all day.
What if the customer does not have the delivery code?
The driver can close the delivery without the code after writing the reason; it is logged on the shipment with their name and location, so you can review it.
Can I use my company’s WhatsApp number?
Yes. Connect your number with a QR code from the settings, and messages go out in your company’s name.
How do I pay?
Online by card or mobile wallet, or by bank transfer and uploading the receipt on the subscription page. The yearly plan costs 10 months.
What if I get more drivers?
Upgrade your plan any time from the subscription page; some plans also allow extra drivers at a fixed price.
Is my data safe?
